Olufemi Ekundayo Adegunle a native of Ode Irele in Irele Local government of Ondo State was born to an Elder Oluwatosin Adegunle and Deaconess Olufunmilayo Adegunle family in the early 80s.
The Akure born grew up with Four siblings which he is the second born of the family.
The Early primary education from a public St. Joseph RCM school in Akure had impactful strength on his academic career and this made him the Health prefect boy while in primary six in 1997.
His love for reading and constant making use of the School library earned him the Librarian prefect at the secondary level of his education at Ijo Mimo Oluwa High in Akure in 2002.
In 2006, he got admitted to Adeyemi college of education to study Mathematic/Economics and graduated in the year 2009 with a Nigeria Certificate in Education.
Despite his love for academics, he took a break to learn vocational skills (Cinematography) between 2009 -2010.
Having achieved this, he later proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University (Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo) to bag B.S.Ed. in Mathematics in 2015.
Despite having been known in the media world even as an undergraduate, He has shot series of movies and as second unit cameraman in Nollywood industry, even in this, he picked up a lecturing job at All state College of Education, Ero, Akure where he worked for a year and half before finally moved deeply back into the media world.
Olufemi is very vast in cinematography and his wealth of experiences has made had a switch to journalism which he currently practices with KAFTAN TELEVISION as a director of photography in Lagos, Nigeria.
He hasn’t reached the peak of his career though, but aspiring to see his interest in camera manipulations launched him to the front row in journalism in Nigeria and beyond..
